This RFP seeks to solicit qualified housing relocation contractor(s) to develop and carry out successful tenant relocation assistance services. The contractor(s) will assist eligible displaced tenants in planning for and fulfilling their long-term housing needs. Additionally, the contractor(s) will provide HCA services to assist in obtaining income information from existing tenants to determine their household income level and track tenants who have a Right of First Refusal for units in the new developments.
