Our committed group of contractors range from social services agencies to information technology professionals. Funding for these contracts comes from local fee funds, as well as private, State and federal grants that are approved by the Mayor and the City Council on an annual basis. 

General Manager’s Hearing Services for Rent Stabilization and Housing Code Enforcement Programs RFP

The Los Angeles Housing Department is looking for qualified contractors to administer hearings related to the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance, Systematic Code Enforcement Programs, and other housing programs. The hearings are conducted in conformance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Chapter XV Rent Stabilization Ordinance, Chapter XVI Housing Code, and other pertinent regulations. The contractor will be expected to regularly conduct hearings, make determinations, and issue decisions for each case.

This RFP solicits proposals from experienced individuals or firms for the provisions of consulting services related to legislation and regulations, which include identifying and analyzing impacts of proposed legislation, regulations, and policies on Los Angeles and City operations, and identifying legislative changes and initiatives that LAHD should pursue.
