All major credit/debit cards and checks are accepted with no LAHD transaction fee added.

At HousingBill.LAcity.org you can:

• Pay the RSO and/or SCEP annual fees for one or more properties using a major credit/debit card or eCheck

• Request temporary annual rental unit exemption(s)

• Receive a confirmation receipt

• Print individual or multiple Statements of Registration of Rental Units (Certificates)

• Email your billing questions or concerns to LAHD.billing@lacity.org to receive a prompt response

All other fees can be paid by submitting your payment in the self-addressed envelope included with the bill or by visiting an LAHD Walk-In Center.
