The applicable Land Use Income and Rent Schedule* depends on the type of project. The assigned Analyst will make the final determination. The following are the most commonly used Income and Rent Schedules. Please note that they are updated annually.

Schedule 8/Unpermitted Dwelling Unit (HCD Gross)
LAHD-FUNDED PROJECTS:
- TOC (non-replacement units) – HUD Schedule 1
- Density Bonus Only (no parking reduction) – HCD Gross Schedule 7
- Density Bonus and/or incentives (no parking reduction) – HCD Gross Schedule 7
- Density Bonus and/or incentives with Parking Reduction 1 – HCD Gross Schedule 7
- Density Bonus and/or incentives with Parking Reduction 1 – HCD Gross Schedule 7
- 100% TOC and/or incentives – HUD Schedule 1
- 100% Density Bonus and/or incentives with Parking Reduction 2 – HCD Gross Schedule 7 (DB units) and HUD Schedule 1 (remaining units)
- Parking Reduction 1 Only (no DB increase) – HCD Gross Schedule 7
