As California enters the third year of a severe drought, the LAHD will host the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP) in an effort to assist multi-family property owners to conserve water at their rental properties and comply with mandatory water conservation measures. In our July webinars, LADWP personnel will provide an overview of the various rebates available to reduce water use and save on upgrading to efficient appliances or fixtures.

The increased rebates are available now to all LADWP customers. Highlights of programs to be presented can be found at:  www.ladwp.com/rwr. All customers must comply with the City of Los Angeles Mandatory Water Conservation Ordinance, in place since 2009, which limits outdoor watering to three days a week, along with other prohibited uses of water.
