Accounting Division

Responsible for LAHD’s financial transactions and reporting, fund management, overseeing loans and payments due to LAHD, accounting services, invoice processing, grants accounting, and auditing of contractors.

Administrative Services Division:

A key segment of this division is the Budget section, which handles the LAHD accounting and payroll processes. This area also comprises Grants and Contracts, Custodian of Records, and partner management services, which include the LAHSA and HOPWA programs.

Systems Division:

Develops, maintains and supports the business software systems and technology infrastructure for LAHD, and provides hands-on information technology support to departmental staff.
