LAHD facilitates the financing and development of accessible affordable and supportive rental housing with our business and community partners, and leverages our funds with private investments in order to maximize existing resources. Other housing programs offer first-time homebuyer assistance, minor repairs for elderly and disabled residents, and lead-based paint hazard remediation.
